We want to ensure a wonderful stay for all our guests. To help us do that, please take a look at our house rules:
Damage to Property
- We understand accidents can happen. If you damage any resort property, we’ll try to fix it internally first to minimize costs for you.
- If the damage is significant, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repairs.
Respect Our Property
Please don’t remove any items from the premises without our consent. If you do, we’ll charge you for the full replacement cost, including carriage and installation charges.
Be Kind to Others
We strive to create a pleasant stay for all guests. If we receive reports of inappropriate behavior, we’ll investigate and take action if necessary.
Lost or Damaged Belongings
- If you lose or damage your belongings during your stay, we’ll do our best to help you locate them.
- If we find lost items after you’ve checked out, we’ll keep them for 3 months before disposing of them.
Payment Terms
- Online bookings or payments don’t guarantee a confirmed booking until we’ve approved it through official channels.
- For bookings made through travel agents or sites, please follow up with them for confirmation.
Payment Methods
- Online payments incur a non-refundable transaction fee.
- Offline payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS or cash deposit. Please note that payment confirmation depends on bank processing time.
